Military Power

Guys, a kid who graduated with my little brother last year just came home from his first (and last) tour in Iraq. He wasn't in combat for more than two weeks when he got his legs severely damaged from a road-side bomb. This will make the third person I have known from my high school to have been injured or killed from a road-side bomb. I would like to ask for anyone to pray for this individual (sorry, I do not wish to name him over the internet), but just think of a Perry County boy who wont be able to go deer hunting this fall because of some coward who would not dare to face him in the open.

If anyone would like to add someone, and maybe we wouldnt name them, but just describe something that they liked to do or maybe cant do anymore and we will all think of them. Can be anybody in the military, from any country.

I would like to ask for prayers or hopes for another...Another one of my friends (US Marine) was seriously injured when an I.E.D. exploded directly underneath his seat in the Humvee he was driving, last week. One of his contacts melted to his eye, and his left leg (from the knee down) had to be amputated. He is fine and in good spirits and looks forward to finishing out his current term as a Marine by any means. He also looks forward to hopefully reinlisting in some form within the Marine Corp to help out returing soldiers with disabilities, or performing any task which is required of him (and so far the Marines are very willing to allow him to return). Please put a thought in for him and his wife, and many other soldiers of all nations who have indured any conflict going on in the world.

I'd like to pray for better CO's instead.
