Military Power

The Washington Redskins will open FedExField locker room for Millitary Health screenings.

All male and female military veterans are welcome to attend the event and will have the opportunity to receive a comprehensive series of free health screenings including: cholesterol, diabetes, osteoporosis, blood pressure, prostate exams, spirometry, body fat, grip strength, and patient health educational materials for men and women on various health conditions.

This is good news. It shows how much a famous NFL Football team supports their troops and how much they want them to be in tip-top shape.

But that isn't the best news so far. The Redskins also will have their cheerleaders in the locker room in support for the military's health.

The event will also feature the famed Hogettes and the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders, who will be on hand showing their support for Veterans and their health.

Now I don't know about you guys, but that sure sounds like a great deal to me

Is it really that they care or that they want publicity? Just a thought.

Publicity, that is what they are aiming for.
