Personally Shifty powers is one of my favorites. He struck me as a man of few words but proved his abilities through his actions and of course his outstanding marksmanship abilities.

Whatsmore, he was portrayed as a greatly humble man. Loved how he responded to Hoobler when the man went around from foxhole to foxhole showing off the Luger he got after taking 3 shots on the German officer on the horseback.

Hoob: "Hell Shifty maybe I could had gave you a good run for your money huh?"

Shifty: "No no I'm not a good shot, but dad...he was an excellent shot. Excellent I declare...he could shoot the wings off a fly."

Shifty, the man and the portrayal, continue to be one of the most enjoyable aspects of the whole BOB experience for me.
