Which of the many wars the the United States has been involved with would you rather discuss the most? Why do you find that particular war fascinating?

I would have to say WWII. The technology availible at the time led to some interesting inventions. The interplay between nations constantly added fuel to the fire, and it's safe to say that it was a war unlike any other.

I find the Vietnam Conflict fascinating. I grew up in the 60s and enlisted in the Army in 1972. While at the time I did not fully understand the news I saw every night on TV, I have learned a lot over the years.

If you look at the history of the conflict, we did not lose the war on the battleground. Instead, it was lost in Washington by the liberals undermining the military effort making it impossible to be successful. IMHO it was one of the biggest political fiasco in our history.

What exactly did the Liberals do to undermine the military during the Vietnam War? Did they fail to provide sufficient funding, or equipment, or even adequate manpower?

Could you provide specific historical cases of their subvertions?
