I'd say no, specifically since I assume you will be recruiting other Canadian friends of yours..... Plus, George is a member too.
along that note, I need some ideas for awards.... So far this is what I have...
* Medal of Honor: Special award for members providing exceptional service to the Military Power Site
* Outstanding Member of The Year: An award given once a year (December) for a member, voted on by the members of the forum, for outstanding activity and topics over the year. (Members must have at least 15 posts and 2 Karma points to be considered)
* Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal: An Award given to staff members who have performed above and beyond the "call of duty" for the Military Power Site
* Loyalty Award: For those members from the original forum that have stuck with Military Power through all the hard times we have had.
* Quality Poster Award: For the member, nominated and voted on by their peers, who is least likely to post off topic, and who keeps a professional tone even in tense situations. (1 award per 6 months)
* Longevity Service Award: Members that have been active for over a year and have at least 30 posts
* Recruiting Service Ribbon: Award for those who have recruited at least 10 new, active (having at least 10 posts) members. (receive a bronze star on your Recruiting Service Ribbon for each additional 10 active members you recruit)
* Forum Service Medal: Requires at least 50 posts on the forum
* Wiki Service Medal: Requires a minimum of 15 "complete" topics posted in the Wiki with internal links, references, and cited material
