Failure to uphold the constitution.

Discussions of a political nature

Failure to uphold the constitution.

Postby Shadow on Wed Apr 01, 2009 4:06 pm

First off, note this, the Constitution is what it is, this thread has nothing to do with opinions about the constitution, or for those who consider it flawed (that can be taken to another thread).

*)If an entire branch of government deliberately and continuously quit upholding the Constitution what would be the next step?
*)What if two branches quit upholding the Constitution?
*)At what point does it become failure to uphold the Constitution?
*)At what point does it become an impeachable offense?
*)At what point does it become a criminal offense?
*)At what point does it become treason?
